In many cases, tanks are installed for farming fish in conjunction with biogas plants for generating energy. As well as drawing on the subsidies provided by the German government for re-using waste heat, fish fattening operations can also be run in this way.
In most cases, this little bit of income on the side for the farmer turns out to be relatively small because they lack the knowledge and experience of working with fish. This is another scenario where I am able to intervene with some helpful advice to compensate for a lack of knowledge. This in turn delivers increased revenue quickly for the farmer or operator of the biogas plant which then pays for itself even after just a few uses.
