I have always been enthusiastic about continuous learning, discovering new enterprises, ideas, and approaches, and gaining knowledge from people. My extensive experience enables me to offer tailor-made solutions for the challenges and needs of fish farming operations.

I have successfully collaborated with numerous businesses in the breeding and production of various fish and crustacean species, including Zander, Sturgeon, various trout and char species, Salmon, Carp, Noble Crayfish, Shrimp, and many others, both in freshwater and saltwater environments.

In addition to working with fish farming facilities, I possess further skills and experience in the processing and refinement of fish products. I have assisted companies in the planning and implementation of slaughterhouses and other processing facilities, with a focus on quality assurance, food safety, packaging, and distribution of fish products.

Over the years, I have also collaborated with various research institutions, particularly in projects related to the development of sustainable aquaculture methods and the optimization of the CO2 footprint in aquaculture.

My objective is to strengthen and support the aquaculture industry in Germany through continuous development.
